I know a few prescribing providers who wanted to switch to Icanotes, but Dr.First is very expensive. My current e-prescribe license is $100 per year w/ no setup fee. Paying $58/mo is outrageous with $99 set up price. The initial cost for the first year would be $795 and $696/yr after that. $100 vs. $696 year is a lot of money, especially for a solo practice. Please consider adding another e-prescribe provider for your current customers and/or potential customers My suggestion is Exostar Electronic Prescribing for Controlled Substances (EPCS).
