Extra Privacy charts need to be able to be idenitified.

When providers assign a chart for extra privacy, only that person knows the password. We are unable to know which charts are marked for extra privacy so that we are able to share passwords with the clinicians, billers, schedulers, etc. that should be able to access it.  Some report should be able to identify which charts are marked for extra privacy.  Also, a person's ability to mark a chart for extra privacy should be allowed by an administrator on a case by case basis.  Allowing everyone to password protect a chart promotes a lot of chaos in not knowing who did it, who is it supposed to be secure from, etc.
