Similar to for ex. QuickBooks, or ACT! have under client. There are many things I would like to be able to record, that are not neccessary clinical notes. Ex: make a note how many time we tried to reach patient about his terminated insurance, etc - it is important for us to have that info. . Or when the labs were faxed to PCP, etc. Do we really need disability/leave big box right upfront? I think this log of our administrative efforts would be much more useful. Each note should get automatic date when it was entered, but they all should be just on one page, where you can read through them, scroll down, maybe even print.
