Users should get notifications through the message center if a patient responds to an email or text message appt reminder

It is useless to have to navigate thru the reports / reminders everyday to check to see if someone has responded to an alert. They need to be sent directly to the message center - that way it is noticed right away as a new message and can be addressed immediately - We have had issues a couple times with this notification system - please look into a new way of notifying providers of cancellations as its pertinent for private practices like ours to not have holes in the schedule because its taxing to navigate to reports every time we want to check for cancelations - Kindly, Todd and Laurie Teal
