Alt Patient ID/Refer to patient as added to chart room client search

We have several clients that choose to go by a different name and it would be helpful to be able to find them in ICAN by using the preferred name. Having to ask for their legal name when checking in for an appt, is a trigger for our trans clients.

Have where seen on demographic page roll upward insted of downward.

with multiple admissions, users may not click down arrow to add another location. (We have 5 sites) If listed at the top we will not miss site assignment as much.

Add an "orphan" field for iquiry

We have grants that are supplied for widow/orphans. There is a widow field to choose but not for orphans. We need to track our orphans for grant purposes.

Address Update

When you update the patients address, there is a button to click or an automatic update of the "guarantor" address as well. It would be nice if the insurance address would update with the main address update as well

Need large window for administrative notes and miscellanous on Demographic page

Similar to for ex. QuickBooks, or ACT! have under client. There are many things I would like to be able to record, that are not neccessary clinical notes. Ex: make a note how many time we tried to reach patient about his terminated insurance, etc ...

I have an issue with the race drop down. You do not have Latino or Hispanic in the drop down and from our area, we provide services for Latino or Hispanics. It is not just an Ethnicity it is a race. So if possible, please add the race drop down box. Thank you
